Designopolis is an interior design retail center located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Highway. The developer was seeking LEED certification to celebrate and showcase their commitment to environment and social responsibility. To this end, EDG provided oversight for the design and construction so as to prepare the center for its LEED rating. It also provided environmental support to architects and project engineers on the urban water cycle, energy efficiency optimization, and solid waste management. EDG also prepared a Technical Memorandum that would demonstrate the project's LEED compliance.
